胰岛素制备

从大肠杆菌产生胰岛素有两个途径，一是分别在大肠杆菌中合成Ａ链和Ｂ链，再在体外用化学方法连接两条肽链组成胰岛素；另一种方法是生产胰岛素原(Proinsulin)，即胰岛素前体，再用酶加工成胰岛素。用大肠杆菌生产的人胰岛素，每Ｌ发酵液可收获胰岛素40mg。
