中和法由硫酸、萤石和硅砂反应制得氟硅酸溶液(参见氟硅酸),再用铅盐(氟硅酸铅或碳酸铅)进行净化,除去硫酸根。然后用氧化锌中和,再经过滤、蒸发(至饱和溶液)、冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得氟硅酸锌成品。其
