【用途一】
用作杀虫剂、粘着剂,也用于陶瓷、玻璃、搪瓷、木材防腐、医药、水处理、皮革、橡胶及制氟化钠等
【用途二】
用作分析试剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂,也用于搪瓷工业
【用途三】
用作玻璃、搪瓷乳白剂,铝合金焊接助熔剂,木材防腐、杀虫剂,耐酸水泥吸湿剂,饮水氟化剂等
【用途四】
用作玻璃和搪瓷的乳白剂、助熔剂,木材防腐剂,农业杀虫剂,耐酸水泥的吸湿剂。天然乳胶制品中用作凝固剂,电镀锌、镍、铁三元镀层中用作添加剂,还用作塑料填充剂。此外,还用于制药和饮用水的氟化处理,及制造人造冰晶石和氟化钠。
【用途五】
熔融分解硅酸盐。铍和铝的合金,陶瓷器的搪瓷,制造乳白玻璃,用氟硅酸钠,草木灰和水(1:2:300)治小麦冬锈病,可降低以病率。羊毛制品防蛀和木材防腐。

氟硅酸钠制备

1.过磷酸钙副产法由磷矿粉和硫酸反应生产过磷酸钙或萃取磷酸时逸出的含氟废气,用水吸收四氟化硅使成氟硅酸。当氟硅酸溶液的浓度达8%~10%时,静止澄清,除去杂质,澄清的氟硅酸溶液中加入氯化钠(过量约25%)反应,生成氟硅酸钠,经离心分离、洗涤、300℃以下温度下进行气流干燥,再经粉碎,制得氟硅酸钠成品。其反应式如下:
2. 采用过磷酸钙副产法。将过磷酸钙(或萃取磷酸)生产过程中的含氟废气用水吸收,再与氯化钠反应而得。 3. 在试剂碳酸钠水溶液中,分次少量加入理论量的氟硅酸水溶液进行反应: 反应结束后,静置过滤,离心甩干,于120℃下干燥即可。 4. 过磷酸钙副产法 由磷矿粉和硫酸反应生产过磷酸钙或萃取磷酸时逸出的含氟废气,用水吸收四氟化硅使成氟硅酸。当氟硅酸溶液的含量达8%~10%时,静置澄清,除去杂质,澄清的氟硅酸溶液中加入氯化钠(过量约25%)反应,生成氟硅酸钠,经离心分离、洗涤、300℃以下温度下进行气流干燥,再经粉碎,制得氟硅酸钠成品。其反应式如下: 5. 将含二氧化硅4.6%和Na2SiH620.5%的氟硅酸用过量10%~20%化学计量的硫酸钠27%溶液处理,在硅酸溶胶中得到氟硅酸钠悬浮体。再在152~202.7kPa的压力下水力分离。副产物母液用干燥碳酸钠按8.8~9.3质量份/100质量份母液的比率中和副产母液,用86%~95%化学计量的硫酸钠处理氟硅酸,得到含78.5%~80.5%Na2SiH6的浆液。 6. 硫酸分解萤石矿生产氟硅酸钠的工艺流程如下:
