聚偏氟乙烯树脂制备

以偏氟乙烯为原料聚合而成。ＰＶＤＦ压电薄膜的制备方法是将ＰＶＤＦ树脂溶解在二甲基甲酰胺中，配制成１％～１０％的溶液，净化消泡后采用流延法成型，置于真空中干燥，制得１５０μｍ厚度的薄膜。通过单轴定向拉伸，使其分子链高度定向拉伸、定向取向固定而呈现β型晶相。
