β-内啡肽,人类是阿片受体的激动剂,对μ-阿片受体和δ-阿片受体具有优选的亲和力。 β-内啡肽通过刺激ε-阿片受体而非μ-,δ-和κ-阿片受体[1]表现出抗伤害感受活性。 β-内啡肽具有抗伤害感受活性。首先,β-内啡肽与痛觉过敏中的阿片受体结合在一起。此外,β-内啡肽抑制脊髓水平的物质P的释放,并阻止初级感觉神经元上的疼痛传导。此外,β-内啡肽激活位于CNS中的内源性镇痛系统。此外,β-内啡肽抑制疼痛的传导和伤害感受器的激动,以发挥镇痛作用[2]。
