Abstract The preparation β-and γ-bromophosphoramidates is described. These compounds have been converted into β-and γ-amino phosphoramidates by alkylation involving primary and secondary amines. The acid hydrolysis of these compounds gives the corresponding diamines. This simple procedure allows the facile preparation of a great number of compounds.
