摘要

Abstract: Substituted naphthyridines containing isoquinolinic nitrogen were synthesized by the reaction of o-ethynylpyridinecarbaldehydes with ammonia. The synthesis of their N- oxides was also achieved by a basic cyclization reaction of the same pyridine derivatives via the corresponding oximes.
