摘要

-CHJ (CHZ) C= CC= C (CH~), COZH a-alkynoic acids with terminal alkyne^.^ This acetylenic- coupling reaction has also been used to prepare long-chain conjugated (enyne4 and diyne5) alcohols 2. Disadvantages of this method of preparation of 1 and 2 are as follows:(a) higher w-alkynoic acids are obtained in low yields (generally< 50%), 2J (b) preparation of 1- haloalkynes is required in the Cadiot-Chodkiewicz reaction, and (c) unsymmetrical w- ...
