Abstract Graphislactones A–H and the structurally related ulocladol are highly oxygenated resorcylic lactones produced by lichens and fungi. We present total syntheses of graphislactones A, C–F, H and of ulocladol. Graphislactones E, F, and H were synthesized for the first time.
