摘要

Abstract: A series of/V-phenyl-2-aza-spiro [4.5] decane-l, 3-diones [III-VIII], structurally related to the previously described/V-phenyl-3-aryIpyrrolidine-2, 5-dione (li), was synthesized and tested for their anticonvulsant activity in the maximum electroshock seizure (MES) and metrazole seizure threshold (sc.
