摘要

Trifluorovaline (1) and trifluoronorvaline (2) are synthesized through amidocarbonylation of 2-(trifluoromethy1) propanal (2-TFMPA) and 3-(trifluoromethyl) propanal (3-TFMPA), respectively, followed by hydrolysis.
