摘要

VA recent paper6 from this Laboratory describing the preparation of a series of 12- (dialkylaminoalkyl)-benzo [aJphenothiazines is apparently the first record in the literature of benzophenothiazines substituted by dialkylaminoalkyl groups. Badger and co-workers' have demonstrated tumor growth inhibition with some simple benzophenothiazine types.
