14β-4′-Chlorocinnamoylaminodihydronormorphino... (2a), and analogues, are selective pseudoirreversible antagonists of the μ opioid receptor (MOR). The preparation of analogues with ethynic bonds, replacing the ethenic bond of 2a, is described.
