摘要

A solution of Bu 3 SnH (1.33 equiv.) and AIBN (0.33 equiv.) in toluene was added using a syringe pump to a toluene solution of the imine under an atmosphere of nitrogen over 5 h. Certain reactions were treated with NaBH 4 prior to workup to reduce imine products. Products were separated from tin residues by extraction with dil. hydrochloric acid.
