摘要

Abstract Novel purine isosters (title compounds) have been prepared by condensation of the appropriate o-hydroxyaminoazine with ethyl orthoformate; extension to other orthoesters and to benzyl thioacetimidate afford 2-alkyl substituted derivatives of these new fused heterocycles.
