摘要

The starting compounds for the synthesis of these penicillins were the l- alkoxyphenylcyclopropane-and cyclobutane-carbonitriles, which we prepared by condensation of the appropriate alkoxyphenylacetonitriles with 1, 2-dibromoethane or 1, 3- dibromopropane in the presence of sodium amide in absolute toluene and absolute ether, respectively [2].
