Eight new dermorphin tetrapeptides, X-Tyr-D-MetO-Phe-aa-Y (X= H, H2N= C (NH); aa= Gly, 2-aminoethanol, sarcosine; Y= NHz, NH--11, were prepared and teated for opioid activity.
