摘要

The chemotherapy of malaria has been st'imulat'ed by t'he use of several classes of effective compounds such as quinolines, naphthoquinones, and sulfones, but it has been limited appreciably by the toxicity of the various chemicals. Boldt and Goodwine'reported ext, ensive studies with chloroquine as an antimalarial agent.
