摘要

Abstract L 15848 (8b citrate) is a new anti-hypertensive agent belonging to the class of 1- alkyl-2-aminoethylnaphth-[1, 2-d] imidazoles. It lowers blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats (50 mg/kg, po) and in conscious normotensive and renal hypertensive dogs (5–20 mg/kg, po).
