Abstract The synthesis of 6, 9-difluoro substituted benzo [g] quinoxaline-5, 10-diones (3A), benzo [g] quinazoline-5, 10-diones (3B) and benzo [g] phthalazine-5, 10-diones (3C) have been accomplished.
