摘要

A number of N, N'-disubstituted dithiooxamides were synthesized by two methods:(1) reactions of aliphatic primary amines or the salts of amino acids with dithiooxamide;(2) treatment of an oxamide with phosphorus pentasulfide. N, N'-Disubstituted dithioxamides containing carboxyl or hydroxyl groups underwent esterification reactions without alteration of the thioamido grouping.
