摘要

The compound C(SiMe 2 OH) 4 has been made by treatment of C(SiMe 2 I) 4 with AgOCN in moist ether. Upon heating or treatment with NaOMe/MeOH it undergoes rearrangement and dehydration to give the cyclic species HOMe 2 Si iMe 2 , the crystal structure of which has been determined. ... C.
