摘要

During the course of studies of certain steroidal bromoketones, it was found that 16, 17- dibrornopregnan-3 (@)-01-20-one acetate (I) under vigorous alkali treatment yields 3 (6)- hydroxy-A17-zo-pregnen-21-oic acid (11) by a rearrangement which had not been previously observed. 2
