摘要

Abstract The oxidoreductases Lactobacillus brevis alcohol dehydrogenase (LBADH) and Candida parapsilosis carbonyl reductase (CPCR) are suitable catalysts for the reduction of ketones to afford enantiopure sec. alcohols.
