Abstract: Triplet EPR spectra have been observed for four isomers of quinolylmethylene. These divalent-carbon species were generated by photodecomposition of 3-, 4-, and 8- quinolyldiazomethane and of 5, 6-benzopyridotriazole at cryogenic temperatures in frozen solutions.
