摘要

Abstract Synthesis of 11-substituted 1, 2, 4, 5-tetrahydrobenzo [h] imidazo [1, 2-c] quinazolines corresponding to 12-substituted 11, 13, 15-triazasteroid is described. Evaluation on inhibitory activity against collagen-induced platelet aggregation of these compounds and their precursors was also investigated.
