The mechanism of peracetic acid interactions with MnIII complexes of meso-tetra (2, 6- dichloro-4-R-phenyl) porphyrins (RTDCPPMnCl; R= CH3O, H, Br, Cl or NO2) in acetonitrile– acetic acid has been studied.
