摘要

Treatment of the carbamate 2a by i-amyl nitrite and TMSCl in presence of a reduced amount of pyridine, followed by decomposition of the resulting nitroso derivative 3a with activated alumina afforded in high yield the pure, crystalline, diazosulfone 1a, a process which could be extended to the preparation of the parent diazosulfone 1b.
