摘要

Abstract 5-and 6-Nitroquinoxalines and some of their derivatives are aminated in a liquid ammonia solution of potassium permanganate to yield the corresponding 2-and/or 3-and/or 5-amino compounds. Quantum-chemical calculations are made to explain the regioselectivity of the amination reactions.
