摘要

Abstract A series of pyridazines and pyridazones have been prepared substituted with alkyl, alkoxyl, halogen, mercapto, substituted mercapto, phenyl, morpholino, piperidino, styryl, substituted styryl and pyridylethenyl groups as potential antitumor agents. The compounds possessing antitumor or tissue culture activity are recorded in Table VI.
