摘要

The phosphoramide nitrogen niiietards reported iiiclude series of phosphoro-trianiides, diainidic esters, amidic diesters, diamidic acids, ester amidic acids and sZ/t, 1-i) Srophosphoro~ iai~ iidic diesters that were synthesized because of their possible selective action against tumors. Some of t'hese compounds already tested in experimental animals have shown significant antitumor activity.
