It is insoluble in ethanol, but dissolves, with effervescence, in dilute acids. 6、Usage: It’s used as nutrient, flour treatment agent, anti-caking agent and leavening agent. It could be used in wheat powder and gum ingredients. 7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer.
