Applications and Features & Benefits: Ø The micronized wax PTFE-0103 has color white appearance, ultra fine and evenly distributed particles, more delicate texture, and dispersed in good case for great scratch resistance properties. Ø In coating application, it can make the product to have a very low coefficient of friction, and performs an excellent abrasion and scratch resistance. Its main role on coating is to improve the lubrication of the paint, as well as the abrasion and corrosion resistance. Ø In powder coating application, the micronized PTFE wax provides a distinct performance on scratch resistance. In paints and printing inks applications, PTFE-0103 provides an excellent smoothness (slip). In printing inks, an additional amount between 0.1% ~ 3% of PTFE-0103 can significantly improve the sliding properties of ink, and printing products rubbing, it can avoid the adhesion of the paper products. Recommended Usage: Generally between 0.1 to 3% based on the total formulation; |
