将硬脂酸与二甲基甲酰胺混合，加入催化剂，通光气反应。然后用氮气驱除反应生成的氯化氢和过量的光气，减压蒸馏，得成品。原料消耗定额：硬酯酸970kg/t、光气（98%）420kg/t、二甲基甲酰胺（98%）10kg/t、液碱（30%）400kg/t。
