蔗糖八乙酸酯用途

Sucrose octaacetate 是蔗糖的乙酰化衍生物,具有强烈的苦味,可用作苦味替代品。Sucrose octaacetate 可用作食品添加剂,还可用作粘合剂和增塑剂。Sucrose octaacetate 还用于许多农药,杀虫剂和其他有毒产品中,以防止意外中毒。Sucrose octaacetate 也可用作软模板,以合成聚苯胺 (PANI) 纳米纤维。

[体外研究]

蔗糖八乙酸酯是无毒的,根据苦味有多种用途。例如,糖变得太苦是在0.06%(w/w)蔗糖八乙酸酯的浓度下食用的。八乙酸蔗糖酯可以形成255种不同的异构体和降解产物,它们的摩尔吸收率都很低[1]。分别用2和3g蔗糖八乙酸酯制备了聚苯胺(PANI)纳米纤维和纳米棒。随着蔗糖八乙酸盐浓度的增加,观察到含有不规则形状团聚体的纳米结构,如颗粒和支架。聚合过程中蔗糖八乙酸酯的存在只能引起聚苯胺的形态变化,但对聚苯胺的分子结构没有影响。与1,3,4g蔗糖八醋酸酯相比,2g蔗糖八醋酸酯聚合聚苯胺结晶度高,结构有序,具有较高的热稳定性和导电性[3]。

[体内研究]

在任何小鼠群体中,蔗糖八醋酸酯回避表型和PRP单倍型之间均未发现重组。因此,Soa和Prp要么非常接近,要么完全相同。为了评估后者的可能性,两个A型,脯氨酸丰富的蛋白基因(MP2和M14),位于PRP位点的约30 kb处,分别从蔗糖八乙酸乙酯品系近交系(SWR)转移到蔗糖八乙酸非品系近交系(FVB)。在两瓶试验中,5只MP2转基因小鼠和7只M14转基因小鼠对1毫米蔗糖八乙酸盐不敏感,因此保留了非巴斯特FVB表型。单独或同时表达两个A型Prp基因的mRNAs不会增强非紫菀小鼠的SOA味觉敏感性[2]。
