硝酸钍水合物制备

独居石碱溶饼硝酸法:独居石精矿与50%氢氧化钠于140℃下分解反应5h,碱:矿为1.3(质量比),后用热水稀释反应物,并在70℃下保温陈化,经分离得独居石碱溶饼。将碱溶饼用硝酸全溶,用30%磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃取铀钍,水相为硝酸稀土溶液,可用于提取稀土。铀钍进入有机相,用纯水反萃得铀钍反萃液,经浓缩后用6%的磷酸三丁酯萃取铀,用40%TBP煤油液萃取钍,再经反萃、浓缩、结晶,制得硝酸钍。其反应式如下:
