一种碱性肥料,也是高效低毒多菌灵农药的主要原料之一,可用作除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂防止血吸虫病的蔓延,预防根腐病、锈病、白霉病,可杀死钉螺、蚂蟥等)。还可用作棉花落叶剂和起改良土壤的作用。是有机合成工业及塑料工业的基本原料,可用于生产双氰胺、三聚氰胺和氰熔体等。

氰氨化钙制备

1.将电石粉碎、渗入1-3%萤石或氯化钙,混匀,在回转窑内加热到约1100℃,通入氮气反应后即是产品。 氮化法将电石破碎后均匀配入萤石及回炉石灰,经球磨机磨成电石粉末,再进入氮化炉,在1000℃高温下与氮气反应,经42~48h后生成石灰氮,熔块取出经粉碎及管磨机细碎,制得氰氨化钙成品。其反应式如下:
2.先将纯HCN在CaCl2及P2O5干燥器中干燥,然后收集在充分冷却的接受器中,数量为理论量的三倍。将氮气鼓泡导入容器(最好掺些氨气)以置换HCN,另于瓷管中放置装有CaCO3的瓷舟。当瓷管温度达700℃或850℃时,导入HCN。将HCN接受器升温至18℃,加热3h可得产物。
