防焦剂CTP
防焦剂CTP用途
主要用于天然橡胶、合成橡胶,尤其与次磺酰胺类促进剂并用时,构成良好的硫化体系
【用途二】
该品是一种很有效的防焦剂,对所有的硫磺硫化的二烯类和低不饱和度的橡胶,如天然胶、丁苯胶、丁腈胶、丁基胶、氯丁胶、异戊胶、顺丁胶、三元乙丙胶等均具有良好的防焦烧效果,而且和其他橡胶助剂配合使用时其活性不受影响。没有发泡、污染等不良的副作用。能大幅度提高胶料的贮存稳定性,防止存放期间发生自然硫化。与以往的防焦剂相比,效果好,用量少,通常的用量是0.1-0.5份。

1.由酞酰亚胺与环己基次磺酰氯反应而得。也可由二环己基二硫化物经氯化后与酞酰亚胺缩合。
2.环己硫醇的合成 将环己醇、硫脲和氢溴酸(40%含量)按1:1:25的摩尔比加入反应器中,升温至100℃搅拌回流50h以上得环己基硫脲。然后按氢溴酸量加入50%含量的氢氧化钠水溶液,加热水解2~3h,得硫酚钠。再加入硫酸搅拌下进行酸化,酸化结束停止搅拌,静置分层。油层用无水硫酸钠干燥,经减压蒸馏,收集53~55℃(2.667kPa)馏分即得环己硫醇。反应式如

4.缩合反应 上述制备的环己基次磺酰氯在三乙胺存在下,同邻苯二甲酰亚胺缩合,反应温度在0~5℃,即可制得防焦剂CTP
