碱性蓝 7用途

【用途一】
主要用于圆珠笔油、打字蜡纸、复写纸及一般纸张的着色，也可用于竹、木着色和用来制造色淀
【用途二】
碱性艳蓝 BO 可用于染羊毛、蚕丝和单宁媒染棉纤维，但色牢度均很差。染丝绸时，若用直接耐晒翠蓝 GB 或直接湖蓝 5B 染色后，再用碱性艳蓝 BO 套色，则所得色泽艳丽，为其他染料所不及。本品多用于纸张、竹、木制品着色以及制造蓝墨水、色淀、生物及细菌组织着色。
【用途三】
用于圆珠笔油、复写纸、蜡光纸的制造。也可用于竹，木着色及制造色淀。还可用于棉、腈纶、丝绸的染色。

由4,4'-二（二乙氨基）二苯甲酮（即四乙基米氏酮）在三氯氧磷作用下，与N-乙基甲萘胺缩合，然后水解、提纯、盐析即得成品。原料消耗(kg/t)四乙基米氏酮（100%） 660N-乙基甲萘胺（100%） 360氯仿 200三氯氧磷 400二甲苯 150氢氧化钠（100%） 220精盐 1170以四乙基米氏酮 [benzophenone, 4, 4^'-bis (diethylamino)] 和 N-乙基-1-萘胺为原料，将两者在三氯氧磷存在下缩合，经稀释、水解、提纯、盐析即得成品。。
