酸性绿5用途

浅绿色SF黄色(酸性绿5)是一种三芳基甲烷染料。浅绿色SF黄色是一种高度选择性的线粒体染色。浅绿色SF淡黄色通常以二钠盐的形式存在,最大吸收值为629nm。浅绿色SF黄色可作为胶原蛋白的组织学染色剂,也是巴氏染色剂的关键成分[1][2]。
