甲嘧磺隆用途

【用途一】
用于防治非耕地的一年生和多年生禾本科杂草
【用途二】
磺酰脲类除草剂，抑制支链氨基酸合成，从而抑制植株生长端的细胞分裂，阻止杂草生长至失绿坏死。本品为芽前、芽后灭生性除草剂，适用于林木防除一年生和多年生禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草，或开辟森林隔离带，伐木后林地清理，荒地垦前、休闲非耕地、道路边荒地除草灭灌，如羊茅、一枝黄花、黍、油莎草、阿拉伯高梁、豚草等。用量为210～250g/h m²，可常规喷洒，也可用飞机喷洒。不宜用于农田除草。
【用途三】
该品属磺酸脲除草剂，是广谱芽前和芽后除草剂，适用于林木防除一年生和多年生禾本科杂草以及阔叶杂草。

甲嘧磺隆制备

1. 2-氨基-4，6-二甲基嘧啶的制备先由双氰胺和硝酸铵（或碳酸盐）作用制得硝酸胍盐（或碳酸胍盐），然后将12.2g硝酸胍盐、10g乙酰丙酮、100mL水及8g碳酸钾在室温下反应。经过滤、干燥等后处理得7.4g 2-氨基-4，6-二甲基嘧啶，收率60%。
2. 邻甲酸甲酯苯磺酰基异氰酸酯的制备参见甲磺隆的制备方法。
3. 嘧磺隆的合成将2-氨基-4，6-二甲基嘧啶（4g)与邻甲酸甲酯苯磺酰基异氰酸酯（7.8g)在乙腈（60mL)溶剂中，于室温下搅拌反应16h，过滤得白色晶体，收率91%。
