[体外研究]

卵泡刺激素 (FSH)刺激卵巢颗粒细胞抑制素的产生,从而降低 FSH公司的产生[1]。

[体内研究]

卵泡刺激素 (1-4毫克/只羊; 肌肉注射; 每天 2.次, 共 2.天) 在植入 Norgestomet(HY-121677)的山羊中,增加黄体 (氯)总数、恢复的胚胎数和可转移的优质胚胎数[2]。 动物模型:非哺乳期混合品种奶山羊植入诺孕酮[1]剂量:1 mg、2 mg、3 mg和4 mg;植入6 mg诺孕酮后治疗11 d给药:肌肉注射;结果:黄体总数(CL)增加,异常CL数量减少,胚胎恢复数量和高质量胚胎数量增加。
