邻氯甲苯上下游产品

邻氯甲苯制备

由邻甲苯胺经重氮化、置换而得。将邻甲苯胺、盐酸、水加入反应锅,搅拌加热至50℃,保持0.5h,冷却至0-5℃,滴加亚硝酸钠溶液,至碘化钾淀粉试纸变蓝,得重氮盐溶液。另将水、硫酸铜、氯化钠搅拌均匀,加热至80℃溶解,冷至40℃,滴加亚硫酸钠溶液,搅拌0.5h,冷却、静置。分出上层废水。用盐酸溶解沉淀的氯化亚铜,将上述重氮盐溶液慢慢加入,温度不超过25℃,搅拌0.5h,静置分层,弃去水层,粗制邻氯甲苯用酸碱洗涤,常压蒸馏,收集157-160℃馏分即得成品。此外,甲苯经芳环氯化,分离也可制得。
