1.多硼酸钠石灰法:在一定的碳酸钠下,用二氧化碳加压分解硼酸镁,分离出硼渣的碳解液主要以多硼酸钠形式存在,用此滤液与石灰乳反应生成控制物料B2O3/CO为0.9~1,于40~65℃下进行反应。生成的偏硼酸钙沉淀经过滤、洗涤、干燥、粉碎,制得偏硼酸钙成品。其反应式如下: 2H3BO3+Ca(OH)2→CaO.B2O3.4H2O
2.硼酸铵石灰乳法:碳氨法制硼酸的氨解过滤液在适当加热下用压缩空气脱除剩余的碳酸氢铵,然后送入合成器中。再加来自消化器的石灰乳,搅拌反应。反应时控制硼钙比(B2O3/CO)在0.9~1.1,温度60~65℃,反应时间约22h。生成的偏硼酸钙沉淀经过滤、干燥、粉碎后,制得成品:2MgO.B2O3+2NH4HCO3+H2O→2NH4HBO3+2MgCO32NH4HBO3+ Ca(OH)2→CaO.B2O3.4H2O+NH3

3。一步法硼酸钙:用二氧化碳加压分解硼镁矿,分离出硼渣的碳解液主要以硼酸形式存在,用此滤液在一定的活化剂作用下,与10%左右的石灰乳中和反应,生成硼酸钙,经分离、干燥、即得硼酸钙。
