• 体外研究: 同时使用美他多辛治疗以剂量依赖性方式显着抑制脂肪形成分化。第4天至第8天的美他多辛治疗是抑制MDI诱导的前脂肪细胞分化所必需的[1]。美他多辛可防止谷胱甘肽耗竭和HepG2细胞中乙醇和乙醛引起的脂质过氧化损伤的增加。在肝星状细胞中,美他多辛可防止胶原蛋白的增加,减少乙醛引起的TNF-α分泌。因此,美他多辛可用于预防酒精性肝病早期产生的损害,因为它可以防止肝细胞的氧化还原失衡,并阻止TNF-α诱导,这是肝损伤中最早发生的事件之一[2]。
