• 体内研究: 通过将盐酸盐或游离碱2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷的溶液热带应用于兔眼来产生局部麻醉。在用戊巴比妥钠麻醉的狗中静脉注射,2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷盐酸盐显示1/500-1/1000肾上腺素的升压活性。发现2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷盐酸盐导致心率和收缩幅度增加。在用戊巴比妥钠麻醉的狗中静脉注射,每千克体重2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷盐酸盐0.5至1.0毫克的剂量对小肠,膀胱逼尿肌,尿液分泌或呼吸没有可检测的影响。在大鼠腹膜内,发现2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷盐酸盐在无毒剂量下几乎完全没有中枢神经系统刺激作用。在每天吸入2-氨基-6-甲基庚烷游离碱10天和30天的兔或大鼠中,没有发现气管-支气管树粘膜刺激的组织学证据[1]。
