  • 本品为后效性促进剂。在天然橡胶中延迟作用比促进剂NOBS(N氧二亚乙基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺)大,而且在硫化温度下硫化速度也较快。硫化平坦性宽,一般可采用较高的硫化温度(130~160℃)。通常用于制造轮胎、胶管、胶带、工业制品等。一般用量为0.4~1.5份,并配以2.5~0.5份的硫黄。

(1)氯代二异丙胺的制备将有效氯含量大于25%的次氯酸钠,在激烈搅拌下,连续滴加到装有二异丙胺的反应釜内,将反应温度控制在25℃以下。反应结束后,静置分去氢氧化钠废液,制得氯代二异丙胺。

(2)将甲醇投入反应釜,再加入氯代二异丙胺、2-二硫代二苯并噻唑(促进剂DM)及二异丙胺,开动搅拌使物料溶解,升温至65℃进行反应。反应完成后,反应产物经冷却、甩滤、水洗、干燥即得成品。过滤母液进行蒸馏回收甲醇及二异丙胺盐酸盐。
