【方法一】
将干品氨基C酸（2-萘胺-4,8-二磺酸）用20%发烟硫酸磺化，在125-170℃保温17h，经冰水稀释后，用碳酸钙中和到刚果红试纸不变蓝，然后稀释、过滤、浓缩而得。
