1.将已除砷的精制热法磷酸加入反应器中,加热至40~50ºC时在搅拌下加入食用纯碱溶液,继续加至90~120ºC时,加入已除砷和重金属的精制氢氧化铝进行反应,生成半透明反应产物。当达过饱和后即出现结晶,待全部形成结晶后,经离心分离,将结晶于80~120ºC进行干燥,制得酸式磷酸铝钠。

2.采用磷酸法。将食用碳酸钠溶液和精制氢氧化铝加入反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入已除砷的精制稀磷酸加热进行反应,生成反应溶液,冷却至室温,过滤除去杂质和未反应物。按反应计量补加食用纯碱,调整P、Na、Al的摩尔比,调好后保温,送去喷雾干燥,得到粉状成品,经冷却制得食用酸式磷酸铝钠成品。
