稳定性	肝素钙呈无定型粉末。不溶于乙醇、丙酮等有机溶剂。肝素钙注射液是肝素钠的一种皮下注射新剂型，黄褐色灭菌水溶液。由于肝素对Ca²⁺离子的亲和力大于对Na⁺离子的亲和力，在使用肝素钠时，往往会在各个不同的组织，特别是在血管和毛细血管等部位引起钙的沉积，尤其是大剂量皮下注射，钙的螯合作用破坏邻近毛细血管的渗透力，因而产生瘀点和血肿现象。肝素钙可避免由钠盐转变为钙盐过程可能引起的血中电解质的平衡紊乱等。既具有肝素钠的抗凝血、消血栓功能，又稳定、速效、安全、减少瘀点和血肿硬结。
